Our Student Voice Survey was conducted earlier this school year so that we could find out more about our student’s opinions and perspectives. We wanted to know how they felt about our school and our school culture. Our second question asked of our students in grades 3-8, What is one thing you would like to see changed at our school? Our student provided us with some interesting areas to consider. See some of the results below.
As a staff, we hope to take this feedback and find areas that we can improve upon to support student needs and interests. One quick example of a change that has already occurred because of student feedback is the introduction of a Games & Activities club for our junior students. Students wanted more choice & selection in non sports clubs and activities. We hope to start other clubs and activities in the spring.
Student voice matters!
