Our annual Alexander Muir School Community BBQ requires a great number of volunteers in order to be a successful event. Last year over 500+ people attended our BBQ. Our School Council is seeking your support by volunteering to assist with the planning, organizing and running of the BBQ. We are asking you to volunteer at least one hour of your time to assist with the preparations prior to the BBQ or support by volunteering during the event. Please note that if we do not have enough volunteers to assist with the planning and preparations for the BBQ the event may be cancelled this year. We appreciate any support that you can offer.
